Here is a list of the number of issues I encountered after my move out of the property
I was billed for $300 for trash removal with partial back up for the removal being a water cooler and water bottles left aside my front door. I have a return receipt from the water company that these items were picked up as scheduled by them. These items were not removed by the management company nor was the statement changed.
The management company charged me for damage to gutters on top of a garage. When questioned, I was told that there was a camara that showed me "Driving a truck" on the property the day of my move. I denied creating the damage. Damage I had seen prior to my move date. There is nothing that has been provided that demonstrates I was the party that caused the damage.
Numerous absolutely ridicules charges for cleaning items after 4 years of occupancy that was PROFESSIONALLY cleaned upon my departure. The unit had not been remodeled in years prior to my moving into the unit and required a gut remodel strictly by the damage done by the numerous flooding incidents. Cabinets ruined by flooding under my sink when the plumbing malfunctioned. They are obviously attempting to mitigate their costs of remodeling the unit. A horrible was of showing appreciation to a tenant there four years.
Instead of addressing any of the items or reducing their billing I was sent to a collection agency that has damaged my credit report. Reporting items that especially in the case of the gutters and removal of trash are completely erroneous.
As much as I would like to write this entire incident off as an issue with a local employee, I was notified that the corporate office of the management company is aware and has done nothing.
I lived in a first-floor unit. EVERY year I lived at Parc at Cherry Creek my unit would flood numerous times with ankle deep water. The solution was only to continue to snake a drain in my closet. Rarely would it be cleaned up, an origin was never found. Time and time again my unit would flood. I would come home or wake up to the flood with damage in my unit or my dog drinking the water. No concession ever given.
The flooding would come from this closet. You can see the rust and erosion that was created in this area. There was water coming around this corner and under the wall that would pool in the kitchen and would flood the entire apartment growing as high as four to six inches. I would come home or wake up to this numerous times every year.
Someone broke into my vehicle and attempted to steal it. I had someone break into my Dodge Pick-Up truck and when I found it in the morning my steering column had been turn apart in an attempt to steal the vehicle.
On numerous occasions I my car was broken into and ransacked. Not only within my car but the hard top of my pickup truck was broken into many times for either a petty theft or just to cause damage to the vehicle.
The package room is strangely located off a rear driveway on the property. I have had packages stolen from this area when the completely insufficient locker system for the size of the property is full and packages are just left on the floor of the room or on open shelves. The holidays?? Forget it, I began having packages delivered at work due to the amount of theft in the package room.
I am preparing a case in small claims court for damage relating to their negligent actions and damages caused by sending this matter erroneously to a collection agency damaging my credit.
I will continue to add content to this page as that process continues.
